Methods of Payment

All of our payments go through Paypal. We accept Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Visa. We also accept e-cheques through Paypal. You don't have to have a paypal account to pay for a purchase at Princessa Jewels.

Jewellery can be returned only if there is a fault due to us.  We will then repair or make another to your requirements. We do not pre-buy products in. Jewellery is made from scratch for customer requirements.

How Long till I Get My order?

Please allow up to 5 days to receive your Bijoux pearls.

Shipping Method

We use Royal mail and ship internationally.  All International shipments are charged £10.00 for special delivery.  UK deliveries are £5.95 special delivery.
